History of Partners in Education

The PIE program was established in 1983 and was initiated by a group of parents who were seeking a bridge between home and school. These parents wanted teachers to provide a school environment that more closely resembled real life and they also wanted a window into their child's learning environment. The parents were eager to provide educators with a valuable support system- themselves!
